Lee Pacheco

Director of Accounting and Administration

Mr. Pacheco leads Raintree’s operations in accounting, treasury, financial reporting and analysis, tax and capital planning, risk management, human resources and information technology.

Prior to joining Raintree, Mr. Pacheco served as senior vice president at Shea Properties, where he was responsible for strategic and business planning, including finance, accounting, information technology, human resources and investor relations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pacheco served as regional controller and financial manager at Trammell Crow Company, responsible for finance, accounting, forecasting, treasury, information technology, construction contract review, litigation support and employee education. He also led the Quality Customer Reporting program for operations in California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.

Mr. Pacheco holds a Bachelor of Science in real estate finance and business economics from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
