Serving on Raintree’s development production team, Mr. Leone manages day-to-day construction and design operations and monitors construction for the firm’s development projects. Additionally, Mr. Leone is responsible for managing the value engineering process for development projects to maximize cost savings.
Prior to joining Raintree, Mr. Leone managed multifamily construction production at Thompson Dorfman Partners. He also served as an architect for numerous multifamily repositionings and renovations at McGinnis Chen, a waterproofing firm in San Francisco. Earlier in his career, he was a project manager at Marx Okubo, which performs transactional due diligence.
Mr. Leone holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo and is currently an MBA candidate at the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He is a member of Urban Land Institute, a California-licensed architect and is LEED certified.
