Barry Choy is responsible for managing the day-to-day construction and design for projects in San Diego.

Prior to joining Raintree, Mr. Choy worked as a project executive for several large general contractors managing multimillion dollar projects for multifamily, senior living, medical, biotechnology, industrial, and government work. He has managed numerous construction teams for self-perform work in addition to representing owners as a construction manager.

Mr. Choy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Hawaii. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and Design-Build Professional. He also is certified as a Safety Trained Supervisor Construction and Construction Quality Manager.
