Colony Parc II Update
Colony Parc II is expected to deliver its first four residential buildings in Q1 of 2026 with the final two buildings following shortly after in Q2. The community will blend cohesively with Raintree Partners existing Colony Parc community. Three of the six buildings are fully framed with the other three in progress.
