Paying homage to our local treasures, Treehouse is inspired by the beautiful botanical gardens of Balboa Park and the work of a pioneering woman, horticulturist Kate Sessions, known as the “Mother of Balboa Park.” Kate is credited with bringing the trees to the park as well as the iconic Jacarandas lining the streets of our vibrant and thriving neighborhood.
