Raintree Partners successfully entitled 60 additional units to be developed at The Franciscan. This development also includes a new 1,500 SF clubhouse and a pool deck. The existing project consists of 16 two-story buildings and four one-story buildings with a unit mix consisting of 90 one-bedroom and 90 two-bedroom floor plans. The addition of 60 units will not remove any of the existing 180 apartments and will be built where the current swimming pool and clubhouse are located. This project will include upgrades to the existing facade and buildings along Almarida Drive further enhancing the community.
