Ms. Bila supports operations at Raintree Partners as Contracts Administrator, where she oversees the preparation, coordination, and execution of contracts. She works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure agreements are accurate, compliant, and efficiently managed throughout their lifecycle.

Prior to joining Raintree, Ms. Bila spent 10 years in corporate roles within the restaurant and fitness industries. Ms. Bila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology as well as a Master of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton, where she graduated magna cum laude.
