Mr. Schofield is an Operations Analyst specializing in Lease and Rent Options, Business Intelligence, and Performance Analytics. He manages the setup and calibration of rent pricing tools, builds dashboards that help teams monitor leasing performance, identify revenue opportunities, and support strategic decisions.  His work enables visibility into key metrics like exposure, trade-outs, and renewal retention, directly supporting asset strategy and operations meetings.

Mr. Schofield previously served as a Statistician for the U.S. Department of the Navy and holds a Mathematics degree from San Diego State University.
