Ms. Chavez serves as our Administrative and Retail Operations Associate, overseeing the coordination and management of retail spaces from a property owner representative’s perspective. She ensures that tenant relations, lease compliance, and operational standards are handled with professionalism and precision. With a focus on maintaining vibrant, well-run retail environments, Ms. Chavez blends administrative expertise with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset that supports both tenant success and property performance.

Prior to joining Raintree Partners, Ms. Chavez gained experience in customer service and process improvement in various roles within the luxury goods, hospitality, and medical device industries.

Ms. Chavez holds a Bachelor of Communications from California State University, Fullerton. She is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
