As the Investment Analyst, Ms. Ryan supports both the acquisition and development teams through financial modeling and analysis, market research, portfolio reporting, and due diligence.

Prior to joining Raintree, Ms. Ryan worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young, where she conducted annual and quarterly audits of real estate private equity funds, REITs, and publicly traded life science companies.

Ms. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Real Estate from the University of San Diego. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in California and an active member of the Orange County chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Emerging Leaders program.
