Ms. Kobbs is responsible to maintain the revenue management program and operational reporting at Raintree. She offers support to the operations and administrative teams through her knowledge of property management revenue systems, multifamily operations methods, principles, and practices.

Prior to joining Raintree Partners, Ms. Kobbs gained experience in the multifamily industry as a community professional. Over the past 19 years, she has worked in in various regions throughout Southern California operating conventional and student properties

Ms. Kobbs has held an ARM® certification since 2014.
