Ms. Aysa brings 20+ years of REIT owner-operated and third-party multifamily experience to the company. Her directly correlating experience successfully drives the growth and performance of a diverse portfolio of Raintree assets.

Before joining Raintree Partners, Ms. Aysa was a Regional Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, where she managed a portfolio of properties consisting of nearly 1,500 units. Her responsibilities included overseeing operations and strategic initiatives to enhance asset value and operational efficiency. Prior to her role at Cushman & Wakefield, she held the position of Director of Portfolio Services at Avenida Partners, where she provided strategic oversight and support to third-party management companies across a national portfolio of Active Adult 55+ lease-up communities. Ms. Aysa's career includes onsite and operational roles with prominent companies such as Greystar, Gables Residential, and Archstone. Her hands-on experience ranges from managing stabilized assets to overseeing lease-ups and implementing value-add strategies.

Academically, Ms. Aysa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, specializing in Human Resources Management. She has also earned the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation and holds a California Real Estate license, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and industry expertise.
