Raintree Partners is a private commercial real estate investment company principally engaged in the acquisition, development, and redevelopment of multifamily residential and mixed-use properties in the major West Coast markets, with a particular geographic focus in California. Our portfolio consists of 45 multifamily communities ranging from 12 to 628 apartment homes.
We believe in investing in properties long term. That means embedding ourselves and our third-party management company partners in the communities and the experiences of the people who are living, working, and playing there. By focusing on the needs of our residents, we offer more than just an apartment, we provide a place they are excited to call home.

Investment Team
The Raintree development team leads land acquisition, planning, design, engineering, and execution of our new construction and redevelopment projects in the pipeline. Raintree is committed to the markets where we have invested and continue to grow the portfolio through our Acquisitions team. We will continue to curate our growth through strategic, well-informed bespoke investments.
